You may read PayPal's Gift Certificate Terms here. If a recipient's e-mail address is on a printed gift certificate, it will only be accessed by the e-mail address owner. If for some reason a gift certificate is sent with the wrong e-mail address or it has been cancelled or lost, it can be cancelled/refunded at no charge within 30 days of the date purchased. Recipients that receive a gift certificate must have a PayPal account or sign up for one to receive their gift certificates. This is to make sure that everyone is safe and things go smoothly. |
